Efamol Efalex Brain Formula Liquid combines the world’s finest and most comprehensively researched Evening Primrose Oil, a rich source of the Omega-6 nutrient Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA), with Omega-3 nutrient rich fish oil, a good source of two Omega-3 nutrients, docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), and Arachidonic Acid (AA), which play an important role in helping to maintain brain and eye function.

Recommended Intake
