Arginine is a semi-essential amino acid; in other words, under normal circumstances, humans produce arginine themselves. It can become essential under certain circumstances, meaning that it must then be taken through the diet.

Arginine has many different functions in our body. Arginine is the precursor of the vasodilator nitric oxide or NO. This means that the body produces nitrogen from the amino acid arginine. Nitrogen production stimulates the blood supply. With blood vessels that are wider, there is a better blood and therefore oxygen supply to the active muscles. L-arginine increases aerobic capacity.

Etixx Arginine 1000 also contains iron that supports normal oxygen transport in the body and contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Instructions

1-3 tablets, 1.5 hours before your session or competition

Food supplement with arginine. This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the daily recommended dose. Store out of the reach of young children. This food supplement is not suitable for children under the age of 13. Contact your sports instructor / coach for more information.
