Ingredients and Dosage

Ingredients: Aqua (water), magnesium chloride, glyceryl stearate citrate, caprylic/capric triglyceride, glycerin, glyceryl stearate SE, C9-12 alkane, butyrospermum parkii (shea) butter, beheneth-25, benzyl alcohol, sodium benzoate, coco-caprylate/caprate, xanthan gum, sodium hydroxide, dehydroacetic acid, tocopherol.

Free from: Cosmetic allergens, parabens, synthetic colours and fragrances.

Concentration: 5ml = 120mg elemental magnesium.

Suitability & Usage
Apply 5ml (4 pumps) of the magnesium lotion on the body and massage well onto clean skin for maximum absorption, ideally after exercise and shower; apply on muscles and concerned areas and avoid massaging near the eyes.

5ml (4 pumps) of magnesium lotion delivers a minimum of 120mg of magnesium.

Once opened, store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. Use within 12 months of opening. Keep out of reach and sight of children.

For external use only; Avoid contact with eyes; Do not use on damaged or broken skin.

The Magnesium Tingle

On initial application, you may experience a slight tingling sensation; this is safe and will pass with regular use. We recommend starting with one or two sprays and building up gradually. If irritation occurs, stop use.
