USAGE

Add 250g Magnesium Flakes – about 2 cups per bath.

Relax and lie back for 20 minutes. The amount can be increased for a more intensive experience.

Add 150g Magnesium Flakes, about 1 cup to 5 liters of water, making sure that the feet is submerged below the water

Relax for 20 minutes.

Recommended taking a magnesium bath 2 – 3 times a week

Skin will feel smooth and supple.
